Since the Uniform Construction Code prohibits occupancy before the Certificate of Occupancy is issued, Certificates of Occupancy may be issued on site upon approval of the final inspection. For your convenience, Certificates may be faxed to your lender or contractor the same day to help expedite final draws and closing deadlines
