Electrical Service Inspections

Richardson Inspection Services, LLC. is certified and approved with all local power companies to perform residential and commercial electrical service inspections in the following counties:  ALLEGHENY, ARMSTRONG, BEAVER, BUTLER CRAWFORD, MAHONING, LAWRENCE,  MERCER AND VENANGO.  


 Electrical Service Inspection fees in our contracted municipalities(see contracted municipalities) are as follows: 

Residential Service Inspection:   $ 55

Commercial Service Inspection:  $ 95

Our Services

Richardson Inspection Services, LLC. is a Third Party Agency committed to providing efficient & cost-effective building inspections. We currently serve more than 45 municipalities across 5 counties in a range of capacities. 


Our Experience

 Our experience includes, but is not limited to, serving as the UCC Building Code Official, Zoning Official, Rental Inspector, Flood Official, Fire Code Enforcement Inspector, and Property Maintenance Code Enforcement Official throughout our various service areas.

Our Goal

We aim to provide our municipalities, contractors, and homeowners with prompt and courteous service. As former builders, we understand the importance of time and communication and have implemented our procedures to accommodate the typical project.

Our Guarantee

 Our UCC inspections are guaranteed the next business day (if called in prior to 3 PM). We work closely each day with the contractors pouring concrete and are able to schedule their inspections within a 2 hour window.
